Stuffed Beef Tenderloin

Stuffed Beef Tenderloin

1 cup Oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Oregano, Basil, Thyme
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. pepper

Handful Bacon
1/2 of an Onion, chopped
Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 tin Mushrooms
4 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
4 Tbsp. Cream of Mushroom Soup

Marinade tenderloin for 4 hours. Slice in half lengthwise and stuff with filling.  Wrap bacon around the outside and tie with a string to hold it together.  Bake for 1.5 hours or until 170 (let stand 10-15 minutes and remove string).  I baked mine in my 9x9 Pampered Chef Pan.

You can't go wrong with the filling amounts, just do whatever you'd like. :)
