Lazy Cabbage Rolls

1 Onion, chopped
2 lbs. Hamburger
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Dash of Garlic Powder
1 cup Rice (or more), cooked

Fry onion in oil and add hamburger and cook until browned.  Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.  Add rice to hamburger and mix. Cut up cabbage and put a layer on the bottom of a casserole dish. Add the meat and rice mixture and then cover with another layer of cabbage. Mix 2 cans of tomato soup with 3/4 cup cereal cream and pour over cabbage. Bake at 350 for about 1.5 hours.
